At The 48 Group Club Annual Icebreakers Reception on the 12th November held at the Chinese Embassy in London, HE Ambassador Madam Fu Ying opened up 2 fully funded 1 year Scholarships to top Chinese Universities to the Young Icebreakers in Scotland. The organisation is now seeking top flight graduates and young professionals to take up this fantastic opportunity.
