Dear Young Icebreakers
On Wednesday 9th December, the Vice President of the 48 Group Club Lance Browne CBE will be giving a talk on ‘China’s Political Structure’ at Standard Chartered HQ in London. Mr Browne is also the Vice Chairman of Standard Chartered Bank in China and President (China) of Association for Speakers of Chinese as a Second Language.
20 places are reserved exclusively for the Young Icebreakers. If you would like to participate in this event, please register asap with Gracie Chen at: xc21012@gmail.com to avoid disappointment. Registration is strictly on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
Below is the outline programme for reference:
16:00 – 16:30 Welcome remarks, tea & coffee
16:30 – 17:30 Talk on China’s political structure by Lance Browne CBE, followed by discussion and Q&A (Chatham House Rules will apply)
17:30 – 18:30 Networking with refreshments
